What is push reporting and how do I set it up?

Do you find you're pulling the same report on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis? Save some time by setting up a Push Report! Push Reporting enables you to select reports like Scorecard, Comparison, or Details and have them automatically sent to your email. To get started, login to your GuildQuality account and navigate to the Notifications tab located within your Preferences section. Once there, you’ll scroll to the section labeled Push Reporting. This is where you can customize which reports are sent to you and when. You can also share your reports with your team.


If you’d like to customize what you see in your reports further, once you select a report you can also choose to change the report filter settings. Your filter settings enable you to drill down and see more clear-cut details like salesperson or project manager performance, scores for questions featured on your survey, and overall satisfaction trends over specific time-frames. To edit your filter settings, simply navigate to each individual report and select what you’d like to see. You’ll select to filter, and then save your settings.
