What is the Scorecard report?

GuildQuality’s Scorecard report can be found in the Scorecard section of your GuildQuality account.

This particular report allows you to review your customer satisfaction scores by question, market, survey type, employee, or any additional custom filter that you're using to enable better reporting on your customer feedback. This report is helpful for determining your customer satisfaction benchmark; it also allows you to view your GuildQuality Index within the Scorecard Index. 

Here's an example of the Scorecard report sorted by questions asked and the % of 4's received.  A 4 is the best answer a customer can provide in response to our scalable statements, and indicates the customer strongly agrees with the statement.  Using this index to review your data sets the bar high:
