For members who are opted into GuildQuality Reviews, a prompt is added at the bottom of the profile page that states: “If you are a [Company Name] customer, and if [Company Name] completed work for you after [Date of Joining GuildQuality] but you haven't yet received a survey, please let us know.” Anyone can click on that text, fill out a form to describe their project, and share their review. Once they submit the form, we send them a mailer with a confirmation code (via regular mail to their home address) prompting them to return to our website and confirm the review. Upon confirmation, we’ll post the review and notify the member.
Note: if the project was completed before our member joined GuildQuality, the review will not be published.
After it’s posted, we will share the review with our member. If the member indicates that the review was not provided by a real customer, we’ll remove the review, and ask the reviewer to provide some sort of verification that they were a paying customer. We won’t repost until we receive the verification.
